I don't think it should be a rule. I mean, If someone is new and he/she doesn't know about the FAQ, and he/she asks a question that is already there just for not even knowing that the question was already answered, should you give him an infraction? At least, just a warning by PM that says read the FAQ or something.

its a rule where you "Cant" posts anymore on a question topic like "Whats a beta?" then the question was answered. so the rule is you cant answer anymore because that might be spamming Laughing Face
